Study tender documents (BOQ, SPEC, RFIs, Drawings), including site visits and proposal modifications during the tender situation. Review design parameters for projects, coordinate with other departments, follow pricing, prepare cost analysis sheets, and track supply quotations based on the vendor list. Develop study offers and proposals from suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Determine key variables for cost and other estimates. Identify labour, material, and time requirements for the projects. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Prepare final technical Commercial submittal with all relevant Documents, including all charges and taxes for final submission.

Coordinate and cooperate with relevant parties and other site Engineers. Identifies, analyses and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for site construction. Manage and organize the tasks and prepare a detailed work plan (Weekly, Monthly and Annual). Responsible for ensuring that the Road sections of the works are constructed following the design specification and approved drawings. Ensuring all construction materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Coordinate and collaborate with the Technician Engineer on required testing and the test results for the Roads section of the works.
